By attending the Mind, Body & Heart Expo, you consent to photo & media release.
By entering the event premises, all guests and exhibitors agree to obey all event rules or guidelines, whether written or delivered verbally. As a privately held event, Andrews & Associates, Inc. (and/or the Alumni Center) reserves the right to dismiss those who do not comply with event rules, or cause any disruption to guests or staff. All guests and exhibitors shall indemnify, keep and save harmless Andrews & Associates, Inc., their agents, representatives, and employees from any liability caused by injury, illness, or other circumstances resulting from engaging in the Mind, Body & Heart Expo or its programs.
Payments for products or services, donations, or any transaction exchanging funds are prohibited between exhibitors and guests during event hours. Information and promotional items may only be offered free of charge during this event.
Solicitation by external businesses or vendors is prohibited.
