FREE parking will be available during event hours in the D1 lot (circled in green).

PAID parking will be available at the rate of $2.00/hr in the covered K-State parking structure (circled in purple).

Guests may enter the Alumni Center through either the east or west entrance. The Mind, Body & Heart Expo will be held on the first floor.

Upon entering, all guests must check in at the registration table. Registration is required for entry into event spaces. Pre-registered guests may present their digital OR printed tickets. (Additional waiting times may apply for those who choose to register at the door. Save time and paper - register online!)

All guests will receive an event wristband at check in. Wristbands must be worn for the full duration of your visit in order to access event features. Please make your wristband visible to the registration table staff when entering and exiting all designated event spaces.

Free gift bags and/or beverage tickets may be offered at the door. These offerings are available only while quantities last. Please be respectful to event staff and mindful of other guests as you enjoy this event!

Venue policies

The Alumni Center upholds policies that apply to all visitors:

  • Parking in the Alumni Center lots (right outside of each entrance) is restricted. 
  • Animals are not allowed inside the Center, except for those licensed to assist persons with disabilities. 
  • No alcoholic beverages may be brought into the facility by a party other than the approved caterer.
  • Only persons of legal drinking age may possess, be served, or be permitted to consume alcoholic beverages.
  • Alcoholic beverages are not allowed outside the designated boundaries of the Alumni Center. 
  • A NO TOBACCO policy is in effect inside the Center and on the outside terrace areas.
  • The NO SMOKING policy is as follows: the smoking of cigarettes, cigars, pipes or burning tobacco in any other form or device, as well as the use of electronic cigarettes, vaporizers, hookah or other water pipe devices and all other related devices, is prohibited in university owned vehicles and on university property, except inside personal vehicles. University property includes, on the Manhattan and Polytechnic campuses: inside buildings and structures, outdoors, and within state-owned vehicles.
  • As a nonpublic facility, and with the approval of the K-State Alumni Association Board of Directors, the Alumni Center has been designated as a building that will not allow any type of guns, whether open carry or concealed carry, inside the Alumni Center building unless by police staff or security staff acting within the scope of their employment. With the exception of police or security staff as noted above, anyone, including Alumni Association staff, who is lawfully eligible to carry a concealed handgun in Kansas, must properly remove the concealed handgun before entering the Alumni Center building.

By entering the event premises, all guests and exhibitors agree to obey all event rules or guidelines, whether written or delivered verbally. As a privately held event, Andrews & Associates, Inc. (and/or the Alumni Center) reserves the right to dismiss those who do not comply with event rules, or cause any disruption to guests or staff. All guests and exhibitors shall indemnify, keep and save harmless Andrews & Associates, Inc., their agents, representatives, and employees from any liability caused by injury, illness, or other circumstances resulting from engaging in the Mind, Body & Heart Expo or its programs. 

Payments for products or services, donations, or any transaction exchanging funds are prohibited between exhibitors and guests during event hours. Information and promotional items may only be offered free of charge during this event. 

Solicitation by external businesses or vendors is prohibited.
