The Mind, Body & Heart Expo is open to the public. This event is designed primarily for residents of NE Kansas who are interested in health & wellness, building resilience, and making meaningful connections in the local community. Due to the range of themes and topics covered during this event, this event is only open to adults 18 years of age and older. 

Yes! This event is our gift to you, envisioned by Andrews & Associates Counseling and made possible in part by contributions from sponsors and exhibitors. There is no charge for tickets, there is no cost to sit in on presentations, and no sales/purchases are even permitted during the event! We want to create a space for the community to come together, get to know available resources, and build real relationships without the pressure to buy something. Please enjoy a night out on us!
